Check Your Items
Ensure your smugglers are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original hygiene liner and tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Visit the Returns Portal
Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your parcel off at any authorized postage location.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
